Merchant Account

If you run an internet store and would like your clients to pay for your services with credit cards, you require a Merchant account.

We accept all kinds of legal businesses wishing to accept credit cards payments on their websites.

The first step to open a merchant account is providing us with the following information:

  • Website which specifies products and services, prices and delivery conditions, refunds policy and contact details (business address, telephone number and e-mail)
  • Planned business activity. It is important here to understand all incoming / outgoing transactions on the account.

At the second step, we will require the following documents:

  • Company documents (we can provide you with a low-cost EU company that will suite your business)
  • Latest company bank account statement
  • Passport copy of the beneficial owners and directors
  • Evidence of address for beneficial owners and directors
  • 2-6 Months Processing History(if available)
  • Business plan (if available)

At this stage, we can provide you with the fees to set up the merchant account (including payment gateway) as well as transaction fees. Fees vary and are offered according to the business activity type, planned turnover and perceived business risk. Contact us to receive a fee proposal.
